How to change your nutritional habits
A balanced diet after a liposuction is important and improves your results. Here are some tips to keep your figure:
- Eat moderately. Don’t eat more than 3 times a day. Please eat on regular basis.
- Please introduce to your diet more fruits and vegetables.
- Please eat very few carbohydrates: noodles, bread and potatoes.
- No chocolate, no sugar, no sweets. That includes sugar-sweetened Soft drinks.
- Instead margarine please uses olive oil or butter.
- Please introduce to your diet more eggs, cheese etc.
- Movement, sports, jogging is recommended to spend energy.
