Liposuction in tumescent technique was developed by pioneering dermato-surgeons more than 30 years ago, compiled and constantly developed further! Our physicians train themselves permanently further and we use the newest scientific findings from the medical research!
We update continuously our know-how and our equipment. For years we use vibrations canula for liposuction (PAL). Recently we also use additionally a new technique called laser assisted lipolysis technique. SmartLipo is a laser system that can be applied to enhance the liposuction and was designed specifically to improve the tumescent liposuction. SmartLipo laser liposuction SmartLipo was approved in 2006 by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This is at the moment the most advanced technique for liposuction. Literature data indicates that through this laser system, surgery can be more smooth and the recovery time shorter. Our expieriences with this system are very good. We use this technique since January 2008 in our clinic.

Surgical Time course and Recovery: The procedure is an 4 hours long outpatient treatment. You need 1 week vacation for recovery.

Smartlipo Laser Liposuction
Smart-lipo-laser is the most sophisticated procedure in body shaping and fat reduction. Since January 2008 we use the smartlipo laser liposuction on a regular basis. This treatment leads to the immediate destruction of fat cells with the special laser. The laser also closes blood vessels, so it reduces bleeding. Smartlipo laser influences also collagen fibers in the skin. They shrink under the laser light. So it improves the tension of the skin and reduces risk of hanging loose skin. The procedure has to be done under tumescent local anaesthesia. The laser light irreversibly damages fat cells releasing liquid. This liquid collects in the intercellular space and leaves the area through lymph nodes. Alternatively, we can suck out the liquid with the liposuction cannulae to achieve a better and quicker result. Swellings after the treatment are normal and disappear after a few days. A final result is to be expected after 3 months.

Lipotransfer FAMI according to Dr. Amar -An Alternative to Facelift
 Since more than 20 years autologous fat transfer (Lipofilling or Lipotransfer) for wrinkles treatment is a very popular and successful procedure. Recently also facial fat transfer, lip augmentation, breast augmentation and buttocks augmentation can be performed with autologous fat transfer. Autologous fat transfer restores the volume of the face. In this manner the procedure renews face proportions, to be like at a younger age. Skin of the face which may hang and has a lot of wrinkles, acquires new tension and vitality. A further mechanism of improvement represent the stem cells. Recently they are a famous term in cosmetic surgery. Stem cells are known, that they can produce new cells and regenerate the body or its parts. Fat used for grafting (reinjection) is rich in stem cells. We can isolate these stem cells and inject them separately to improve the face. In the other case, when we perform traditional fat injection, stem cells are a natural part of the graft. Therefore in this manner fat transfer is a stem cell treatment. After fat transfer we observe strong rejuvenation and refreshment of the face skin. This may be the result of properties of the stem cells.
Lipofilling is a less invasive treatment than facelift (rhytidectomy). F.A.M.I. lipotransfer is an outpatient procedure that does not require general anesthesia. Small amounts of fat are removed from the lower part of the body. The fat is placed directly into the facial muscle. FAMI lipotransfer is an alternative to facelift. No lancet is used. It is sometimes also called fat injection or fat transfer.

Anti - Cellulite treatment with Smartlipo Laser
 Cellulite (orange peel syndrome) is a very common phenomenon. Usually only ladies (about 80%) suffer from cellulite. Most likely the special anatomy of the female skin is responsible for cellulite. This is not a disease of civilization, but is known in all historical periods. From our daily experience we know that liposuction results in a significant reduction of cellulite. Very often it completely disappears for years. There are several methods to perform a cellulite treatment. They have very little or short effects on the skin. The cellulite originates from strong strands of connective tissue which anchor the skin to the muscles. These strands pull the skin and are responsible for dents in the skin, which are characteristic for cellulite. One solution for cellulite is the treatment with laser under the surface of the skin. Smartlipo laser treatment is performed under tumescent local-anesthesia. A stream of the laser light dissects connective tissue strands which binds the skin to the underlying tissue. The loosened skin will be smoothed and the cellulite disappears. Only very seldom after one year a second treatment is advised.

Sweat glands reduction
When
excessive sweating (Hyperhidrosis) within the shoulder cave range it is possible to
reduce the number of sweat glands. We use a technology which is
originated from liposuction. In local tumescent anesthesia sweat glands
are evacuated with a cannula.

Hair transplant
It
is a natural phenomenon that sheds are not evenly distributed on the
head. In extreme fell there co-exists a poet hair ring with completely
hairless head portions. These remaining can be transplanted and well
distributed empty sheds again. It is possible to fill consolidate vague
sheds or secret-advice-hitscorner (tonsuren). About 3 - 4 months after
transplantation hair will grow about half an inch per month and sheds
will fill.

Wrinkle treatment
To remove wrinkles hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronan or hyaluronate), your own fat or plasma gel is used. Through injection with the hyalsystem a hydratation of the face structure can be achieved and folds can be prevented. Inactivation of nerve-ends with Botox represent a further principle to wrinkles smoothing. It causes a relaxation of the muscles and it is smoothing strikes. After approximately 3 to 9 months – are petition of the injection is recommended.

Corner of the mouth lift
Some
have downward aligned corners of the mouth, which causes a sad face. We
want the fact that our face shows satisfaction and obtains joy. Through
mouth-corner-rise it sets the angles a fraction of an inch higher. This

The breast augmentation is one of the most frequently performed cosmetic surgery procedures in the U.S.. Women may choose to have a breast augmentation for many different medical and aesthetic reasons, including adapting the breast size and a compensation for a smaller breast size after pregnancy or surgery.
